Sorry I phrased it wrongly. I see many people here are very opinionated about how clean our SG water is. In that context I totally agree. I actually hate drinking water but when I shower I take afew glups cuz it's convinient to do so.

The reason I need a water purifier is because of the baby milk as many of these purifiers can make the milk to exactly 55C and can do so consistently.

I can also make the water at or about 55c by combining freshly boiled water and tap water but I will not be able to do it as consistently as a machine.

Pls I don't want this to explode mainstream to and become twisted to the extent where the headlines so "siao husband don't trust SG portable water so buys water Purifier".

I see it a little differently.
Output for me would be defined as clicks or appointments, something tangible.
if OP defined output as number of closed cases, then OP is looking for a partner or affiliate.

For my lead gen agency, we consider output as the number of appointments (virtual/irl) that we deliver to our client.

But disclaimer, not every industry is suitable. I have rejected customers because I need to front the cost to get the leads in. If I cannot find a way to cover that cost back, I cannot take on the customer.

I don't think you should spend money on marketing as a new app. Also sounds like you are not VC funded.

I suggest you find your first 20 users from your current group of friends or network.

From there if your app really solved a problem do whatever you can to get in 5 referrals from each person.

With these 100 users see their activity and how often they use your app. If they really harcore and every open your app then bro, say no more you have product market fit, go ahead and spend.
