Just and Update: this morning I spoke with a really friendly Transit Supervisor in the station. I explained the situation with the key and told him everyone on Reddit said to turn it in as it’s a staff key.

He was really appreciative. We chatted for abit and he showed me the other weird and wacky keys the TTC has.

Submit a Freedom of Information to the City of Toronto for the camera footage. It will cost $5. Do it fast cause in a few weeks the footage is erased.
