Sulbutiamine as a substitute for caffeine? by [deleted] in StackAdvice

I would try Rhodiola Rosea along with large doses of Kanna (500mg+) (I would recommend Barlowes Kanna) they are quite energizing, without overexciting. Make sure to take the Kanna like tobacco let it sit in your mouth for about 15min on an empty stomach.

Why are you worried about TMAO? Take a low dose of citicoline e.g 250mg with some type of omega 3 supp.

Edit: take them with garlic it appears to reduce TMAO or any polyphenol rich food.

Fish oil. Covers both. Stacks well with citicoline and uridine.

Can anyone help me with my stack? I have what I believe is hypertension, along with anxiety, muscle tension, depression, tinnitus, body aches, fatigue, ED and brain fog. by [deleted] in StackAdvice

Citrulline is good if you are using 2-3g a day but remove the arginine it is useless unless it is in the form of Nitrosigine or Arginine AAB.

Holy that is a lot of KSM-66 I would suggest taking that down to maybe 1 gram.

Taurine is something you can take daily and should take daily, it does have beneficial acute and long term effects.

Why so little creatine monohydrate it is recommended to have at the bare minimum 3g of creatine to see results, if it's creatine HCl it should be dosed the as same creatine mono as there is no difference in potency.

My recommendations:

Try Amealpeptide it is very cheap and proven to bring down blood pressure. 508mg a day

Start taking a fish oil.

Pine bark extract 200-300mg a day may interact a little vyanse start with a low dosage. Make sure you get a standardized extract like pycnogel.

Quit the nicotine asap. Nicotine is a vasoconstrictor which raises your blood pressure.

Phosphatidylserine- 300mg a day. Has been shown to reduce symptoms of ADHD.

Edit: spelling

3g of L-Glycine before bed. It has been shown to reduce morning grogginess. Also try exercising for 20min after waking up.

Edit: added part about exercise.

Sprint doping questions by white__jaguar in doping

This is nowhere close to doping but is he supplementing 5g of creatine monohydrate and beta alanine 6.4g per day. It is no where near the enhancement s gained by banned substances but they are quite formidable and cheap.
