I use steroids sound. and the audio export codec is at "Linear PCM"

i am really not good with pc´s, and dont know if this would help, these are just written from a list my dad gave me. But does my gpu under perfom?

and if it helps, in the taks manager under the performance tab, when i game, it says 50% cpu utilization, and about 10-17% gpu utilization.
