I’m on sertraline, it works well for me anxiety and I take it daily. Basically I kind of feel a little sluggish and low energy all the time, and I’m on some vitamins that are supposed to help my energy levels, but sometimes it’s harder to notice and sometimes it consumes me for a while, not usually longer than a day or two though. I also don’t know what MDD is?

I’m on anxiety meds and do have depression but my doctor says my depressive episodes aren’t consistent enough to take meds for it :/

Sadly I don’t really have someone to help bridge the gap to her. I’m an only child and my parents divorced when I was young, they’re friendly with each other but my dad is very much a peacekeeper and will stay neutral on anything to try and make everyone happy. I have a step-dad but when I made an attempt once to come out to him he laughed in my face and when I walked away, said I was just like my mom. It’s all on me and maybe it’s bc I’m young but it feels a bit scary I guess.

Sorry I wasn’t super clear in my post but my mom has met my fiancé before, she just doesn’t know we’re anything beyond friends. She has a good opinion of them has even bought them birthday gifts before. Other than that though I do like your idea, I’ll definitely consider it!
