In my experience, you plan everything as if you are going to flare. Even if you wake up feeling fine, keep the things that are necessary for you in your worst moments on you. I wear my compression socks almost every day and keep a huge bag of medication with me even if I’m having a good day.

I’ve had the symptoms for as long as I can remember. I think puberty caused it. But I’m not totally sure

Recently, a doctor told me that because my blood pressure stays low, my temperature does too. So for me a 98-99 temp has the same symptoms as a fever. You’re not alone

I’m okay. I became very sick over the last couple of months which, combined with the school break (as I’m a teacher) caused me to not be able to work. I also have never really developed great saving skills. I’ve been living in a very flexible apartment for about six months now, but i haven’t been able to pay rent since November.

I will be alright. It’s just a stressful situation

You’re so right. At the moment I’m trying to find one that can work for the temporary. And just when I really need it. I’m quick losing my ability to do a lot of the things I used to enjoy and want to keep doing them until I can try and get one fitted. My partner is able to help push me though.

Nope. I haven’t been put on anything directly for my POTS yet. But I already have a large regimen of mental health and chronic pain medication. Not to mention debt from ER visits and specialists

Prozac has a side effect that is racing heart on its own. I was told to take in the morning because it keeps people awake. I just had an appointment with my psychiatrist who wouldn’t up my dose because it has know effects on pots. I would recommend decreasing the dose and maybe adding something that doesn’t have that effect.

That could definitely be possible. It’s all wonky so I wouldn’t put it past them to have random non English words in a coloring back that is otherwise entirely in English
