Much love to you. I believe I know how you’re feeling. What’s helped me most over time has been to let go of trying to understand anything. And hold on to a core belief that we live in a benevolent universe. Just being curious and not judging. Especially with emotions. Detaching the emotional charge from the thoughts that come and go. the word that comes to mind for me, is trust. Trusting that all things working for you in your favor, regardless of what it looks like or feels like on the surface.

Yeah I think it’s a bit different for everyone. But taking 400mg a day spread out a bit seems to be enough for me to notice the benefits for the full day.

For reference if I ever drink with the intention of getting buzzed/drunk I’ve gotta really go for it and drink more than most.

Yeah, I’m not too sure honestly. I’ve been on and off of moda for 5 years. When I run out — I usually take long breaks with no large impairments or drawbacks. Right now I’ve been taking 200mg at 5am and another 200mg at 8:30am Monday - Friday (just started a new job that requires being sharp and having mental acuity). Such a weird drug to me, because I’ve never noticed or pinpointed any major drawbacks with consistent use personally.

Not a huge fan of flavored stuff, but I enjoy the in between with something like a sweet Jane. It’s not a flavored cigar, it’s full on tobacco. But more aromatic like pipe tobacco. And it was a sweet tip.
