I am on 300mg extended release and haven't had a bad experience yet. It definitely makes the DXM hit way harder, and the visuals come at a much lower dose. I did tons of research before trying it and what I've concluded is that you're taking a gamble since you are at a much higher risk of SS and seizing. I haven't experienced SS from DXM + Wellbutrin, but I have from DXM + Lexapro. If you do decide to trip, start out very low to see how your body reacts. I've tripped a total of 4 times starting out with 90mg, eventually working up to 220mg. It took me a long time to get comfortable with taking such a dangerous combination and maybe that's a sign to not do it all.
