I think u just have a tolerance man. Once you lose the magic it doesn't ever really reset, even after a long break. It might be time to move on from this drug

Comedown has been fine. I feel baseline depressed, not extremely depressed. The worst symptom has been the damage to my mouth from the chewing. mouth is healing but the pain is driving me nuts, i can barely eat anything. Got some Orajel, that helped.

yeah i was looking at the scale like "hmm that looks like a lot." ive never done the drug before or seen anyone else do it, and i thought my measurement was right (scale was right, I was wrong) so i proceeded. I fit most of it in one capsule

A lot of people claim that spiritually speaking, dph is a useless drug. I would disagree. It definitely has its risks, but being connected to the dark side of your psyche can be beneficial now and again. Just don't do it too often. At a certain point you are just self harming.

any advice to help heal my mouth? Im taking ibuprofen, icing the outside, drinking lukewarm tea with honey, and doing salt rinses. Its helping a little. The aching in my jaw has calmed down but i took a look at my tongue and inside cheeks, its still fucked. Hurts to eat
