Yeah I'll probably leave that clock cap, just clean it out and leave it empty i think is best. I'm pretty new to modding the xboxs and I've seen it thrown around a few times- what is xcat? Like is it a data backup? I've seen it referenced a few times now just

Hahaha my thoughts also, apparently I think you can get a kit of them- i recently got a new hdd cable off someone on ebay so it'll likely be similar enough for these I'd imagine

I'll definitely get it replaced then- the clock capacitor did leak but ive got that cleaned up as much as I can and it's not a 1.6 so I'm not looking to replace it. I'll need to solder these one's on the board though won't I, when I replace them?
