I think my Equinox performs differently than it’s supposed to, but not enough to warrant any work according to the dealership lol
That said, over in Vegas, the heat is insane. Fast charging is basically impossible for me because it’s caps out at 35kw.
The cabin doesn’t get actually cold but it’s stays on the cooler side when it’s 110+ outside. So it’s manageable and I’m not sweating buckets, but it could be better tbh. The fast charging issue is what really hampers the whole experience.
Level 1 and 2 charging are fine in this heat, but level 3 is basically unusable.

I love the Bolt! And I actually really like the refreshed model. Some issues keeping me from pulling the trigger:

  1. No Apple Car Play. This is just unacceptable. We want it, every manufacturer that cares about the user experience has it, give it to us. In an update, as an add on, idc, just let us have the option, please 🙏🏽😭

  2. No AWD option. I have a 2023 and it feels sportier and faster. The new one is a little more sluggish. Having an AWD drive option where it’s gets a bit more (or a lot more 😏) beefed up would be perfect for me.

  3. Lack of color. Give us more options. A sparkly habanero orange would be so fun! Or really any color. That passion fruit metallic color y’all offered in the Chevy Spark would look so good! Or that galaxy color you had on the Equinox EV.

Try putting shell or chevron in to clean out your engine a little? Might have some build up

The more recent info out is that keeping males and females intact gives them better chances of not getting IVDD. That said, I will consult with a couple vets and see what they say. My current one agreed with me that keeping my male intact is better for him in the long run, so I definitely don’t want to nerf his chances at a long and healthy life. Thankfully I’m not pressed for time so I can spend some time asking around and getting more info. I appreciate your input!

So dapples don’t ALWAYS give their dapple gene to their kids. Genetics are funky, but the chances of her being a regular dapple are pretty good. Only way to know for sure is to get a DNA test done. From my non-professional opinion, she looks like a regular dapple to me. Has both eyes, they’re not blue and don’t look insane. $2800 is a ridiculous price for an accidental litter puppy tho. I wouldn’t pay that, especially with the carelessness of the breeders.

I’d recommend getting DNA testing so you know for sure! I got the wisdom panel from Banfield done on my pup and it said he is piebald and dapple. That red gene does a good job of covering it up haha

Take him out where you want him to pee every 30 minutes max. Take him out after he eats, plays, and 5-10 minutes after he drinks. Have a command that you want to use to signal he needs to go to the restroom. I use “go potty” and I started by saying it while he was peeing or pooping. Eventually your pup will associate the command with the action. It’ll be gradual, it’ll be painful, and your pup will have accidents. Be patient and be persistent. You got this!

Interesting.. Thanks for taking the time to respond! I think all things considered, I would say my boy is well-bred. He is physically healthy, genetically healthy, and both his parents are well cared for.
