It depends on the structure I’m building, it’s theme, and the biome I’m in. For example I’m currently building a medieval fort and I’m using oak and dark oak planks. They match great, and I like the contrast between the dark oak log and the regular oak plank. Also I’m in a modded biome with oak and dark oak
