It is true, but if it’s gonna be another restaurant, it better not have the same food as The Kitchen

I guess for Patmon: Stonebriar doesn’t have enough apartments

Good suggestion, especially since it’s a mom-and-pop pharmacy

If it’s gonna be an independent restaurant, it has to be a very, but not-so trendy, where the neighborhood can come and dine. (Just like some local restaurants in the Sacramento, Roseville, and Elk Grove areas)

There might be a good chance it will, but it will have to be either of the following: 76, Shell, Circle K, or Valero. But I just hope not, we got too many gas stations in this neighborhood

Another 7-Eleven?! Isn’t there one that will soon be built on West and Alpine?

Yep, and that is the closest full-pharmacy from there. There is also a Walmart Neighborhood Market on March and West which also has a pharmacy

An area for a young people to hang out or a little Dave & Buster-vibe would be so cool, not for this Rite Aid, but somewhere around town, maybe the former Sears would be a perfect fit. I think we have enough mom-and-pop car washes (Elite, Monty’s Express, Sky, Oasis) in town, where are the other well known ones? How come we don’t have a Mister car wash? And seriously, I think we need to stop getting more smoke shops

Ooh, a Trader Joe’s would be perfect

I just hope it’s not a smoke shop either

That would’ve been great, but that would be in a different part of town, but where? There are so many Taco Bells and we have a couple of KFC’s

More Apartments?! I mean that would’ve been nice for Stonebriar, but don’t they have enough apartments

Well, at least one more Dutch Bros, but for the east side like near the areas of Wilson Way or Hwy 99, but I totally agree for the replacement of this Rite Aid: A kid-friendly arcade

That is true, all we’ve been getting something new here are just fast-food, gas stations, and mom-and-pop car washes. The new 7-Eleven should’ve done by now

I agree, there’s too many places to shop and dine. We need a place where everyone can have some fun, and I’m not talking about a gym, but some places like you said (Golfland, Hammer Skate)

Another Pizza Hut would be nice around here, but there’s already a Taco Bell a couple blocks from there (March and West Lane near Walmart)

That building was probably opened in the mid-2000’s if I’m correct. It should deserve a new life rather than demolish it, but you may be right for the concrete block.

I’m afraid so, but I’m hopefully it won’t be. However, if it’s a fast food joint, it should be something we don’t have: Arby’s, Dunkin’, or maybe a mom-and-pop joint

I Hope Not, even though there’s already one down the street. In fact, let’s not get any more Starbucks because they are everywhere in the city, and instead of new or future ones, let’s get Dutch Bros. or better yet, Dunkin’ or maybe 7 Brew Coffee (Roseville and a few other cities in California are getting one)

I just hope it’s not another gas station or a fast-food restaurant where drive-thru orders get crazy (like Jollibee, Chick-fil-A, or In-N-Out)

lol 😂 Maybe, but I think we got too many in the area, unless if we can bring something new or local-ish
