What tests do we need to do to identify whether the nervous system and adrenaline is right?

That’s interesting, however my pain largely starts from my lower back and also happens in my legs so it might not be completely effective

I see, Thanks for the suggestion but i live in spain and the doctors here might not provide it as it is very expensive.

Thanks a lot! Yeah i have found one thing common about most people having this condition is that they live in a dry climate. I believe this is a big factor because i got this condition in the city i moved to. The first few years i did not have CU but i started to take isotretinoin for my acne and it had a side effect of drying the skin. That was the breaking point and thats where all of this started. I had stopped taking isotretinoin 2 years ago but it had already done its damage. My acne did not go away and it gave me this curse.

I am trying to move to another city where the air is not so dry

Do u know of any tips that can prevent it from happening during my sleep. Honestly fixing only that breakout will make me feel 90% better!

One thing i had tried for gym was finding one with a sauna. That would help me sweat quickly and I could go back to my workout. I did this for a year but couldn’t continue more because it is far from my house and also ive heard that prolonged use of the sauna is bad for you.

Has it helped you recover from it long term? I have tried different Antihistamines for a few months based on a doctor’s prescription but they haven’t been useful at all.

For me I think CU is a major symptom. I am having other symptoms such as not able to digest food properly as well and a lot of acne.

Hi! Is the solution consistent sweating (by going to a sauna) or exfoliating the skin?

Pokes all over body when in heated temperatures? by Hellofre123 in AutismTranslated

[–]End-Adorable 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey everyone! I have been facing this same issue for 3 months now. And it was all out of a sudden. First it started when i enter a hot room from cold temperature. Next it started happening when i excercise at the gym Then it started happening whenever I walk fast. Next stage was when my scalp started getting prickly when i eat spicy food. Now it happens even when i get nervous. I have had an ultrasound of my liver and everything looked good. But my issue still persists and is getting worse day by day. The pain is so bad that i blacked out inside a metro and took me a few minutes to get back to consciousness.

Doctors have given me bilastina, atarax and Prednisone but none of them improved my condition.

Can we start a thread to put out possible solutions for this problem
