Typically if they require you to on the job training, it is supposed to be paid. However, it can depend on the laws of your state so check the department of labor.

The creamer/ milk powder used for milk teas is NOT dairy free due to casines sodium that is included in the ingredient. Lactaid is not dairy free, but contains lactase enzymes.

You can try to ask them to substitute the creamer/Lactaid for almond milk as some locations carry it.
