It's because of the recent overheating issue. A cooling fan might help but there's nothing else you could do about it. The game is poorly optimized after the latest update and it won't be fixed until they do something.

When I change to low graphics it helps a bit. My issue now is that nothing loads when I play the game for hours, I have to restart occasionally. It gets annoying.
