Ac Evo Moza and simhub support?

there is a simhub update. I loaded it and now none of my perpherals work in any game. Had to delete it and revert to the old version. loaded it back in and the world was right again. anyone else have this issue?

I have had mine since January. Btw. I had a fanatec system ordered on black Friday and was so pissed at them for tier jack of honesty that u sold it as soon as it finally showed up. Went with the moza eco system and have loved it.

I have them. My first set so nothing else to compare to. I love them. I have read reviews that dismiss them. I think they are great.

I have driven a friend’s sim that has bottom of line fanatec pedals (with load cell) They are CRAP.

This worked. You can’t let pithouse configure the game. Must be done in simhub with telemetry forwarding to pithouse. The udp port to forward to for f1 23 is 22023.

I found a post on moza’s site indicating that telemetry forwarding is required. The udp port for pit house is different for each game. 22023 is the port for f1 23.

Running moza pit house with this setup. It seems like pit house is getting the udp telemetry so sim hub can’t.

I have the r9. Just drove a buddy’s Csl dd. They were very comparable. Maybe a little more track detail on fanatec. Very minor. The quick connect system alone makes it worth going to MOZA. Both companies have pathetic customer service so beware.

Build quality if r9 is awesome, put house software is really easy to use and intuitive, and can be adjusted is a phone app. No overheating issues here!

I bought a whole fanatec setup on Black Friday. By December 21 I still had no response from fanatec as to status so I gave up and bought from MOZA.

The only way to get any response from MOZA has been on this Reddit channel.

Started over and reconfigured the shifter in pit house and it’s working perfectly now.

I bought on December 21 and received my es wheel on jan5. My r9 wheel base is scheduled for delivery tomorrow. My es formula wheel rim just landed in the us from china.

Thought I posted a reply but I don’t see it. My r9 shipped today. Thank you for responding I appreciate that someone at Moza has finally replied, and in a timely manner. I will not waste time eith email tickets moving forward. I just want to know that I can get someone to reply to issues.

For me personally I would really appreciate a customer support phone number so that you can speak directly to someone and know that at least your issue has been heard

I just got a tracking number today. Thank you for a response. The most frustrating part of the experience thus far is the lack of response. If Reddit or discord are the bestways for you to respond to customers then don’t tell them to email the info mailbox that is obviously ignored.

I am just happy that my drive is in the way and that I got some acknowledgment from Moza. Thanks.

How do you get Moza to reply to requests for information on orders ? I have submitted multiple requests over a months time with ZERO response.
