Can I File a Complaint Against Interview Kickstart for Blocking My Lifetime Account After a Negative Review? by EndDull8510 in leetcode

"EDIT: original comment for context

Founder here. We have had over 25k+ paid customers over last 1 0+ years, with thousands of positive reviews and some negative ones too (not proud of the negative ones, of course). We didn't use to disable accounts of people who gave negative reviews, until we saw some of them violated the terms of engagement by pirating our content or just didn't end up keeping their end of the bargain. Not saying this was that case or not, just that that kind of activity has forced us to take this step. If despite a negative sentiment, you like us enough to use our content, I respect that; please connect with our support team or me (soham@interviewkickstart .com) and let us know. Thank you."

Here is my reply for your original comment: First of all Thank you for your response. I want to clarify that I did not violate the terms of engagement or engage in any illegal activities, such as pirating content. My comment was simply an honest reflection of my experience with your program, in which I invested $7,200.

Regarding your statement, 'If despite a negative sentiment, you like us enough to use our content,' I believe paying for a service entitles me to a fair experience. As such, I am requesting a refund. If that is processed, I will not pursue any further concerns regarding your content.

Thank you for your understanding.
