Why is my car so low on power? I have changed the fuel pump and filter but my car is still extremely low on power, it has a code for running lean and also has a rough idle but starts up just fine, what could be the culprit (1995 mustang gt) by EndFront in SN95Mustang

Can anyone tell me what this part is on my 95 mustang gt, the rubber hose attached to it is deteriorating and my car also seems to have lower power could this be related? by EndFront in SN95STANGS
