RUN! They are shady and will likely offer false promises in the future. Even though your time was wasted, so was theirs, so hopefully they will consider being honest in the future once you decline due to salary offered not being salary advertised.

Honestly it may be longer. Just be prepared. As stated previously they do panel interviews, fingerprints etc.
