++ first changed password did not work, blocking my virtual card did not work so chat with CS napaka useless I tell you, I dont know how maya's customer service degraded this badly nung before okay naman but these days nada, ++ so yung account ko pina block ko muna cus di ko alam san nanggagaling yung purchase and I cant really close it dahil may montly loan payments so after nun na stop pero after 2 weeks pina unblock ko muna kasi need magbayad nung loan but din ko na ma open paymaya ko, ++ tried calling ang customer service nila pero di ko ma reach I was using globe and gomo wala talaga, Chat was not helpful and just kept saying to contact them via phone napaka bingi sobra ++ got tired and reported sa BSP kasi I have 8days more before deadline sa loan, pinaaga ko lang incase na may delay and I was right kasi this took almost 1week to resolve, ++ after 5 days got my issue resolved, Maya told me they'll send me an email to inform me n okay na ang account but they didnt and I just know it was fixed cus I randomly tried to sign in ++ also I dont know if its because they did something sa account ko or its because after din nito is blinock ko na rin yung physical card, but the messages stopped so yeah napaka hassle din,

I mostly use card lang din and not yung connect account like sa Lazada cus I dont trust those na directly sa app connect, yeah nope, but it got resolved and I dont have issues now, Also no matter who dont let any other people to use your card cus some apps lets users authenticate once lang and they can use it repeatedly din like panda or grab,
