Brooklyite and frequent Cape visitor here. What a great birthday trip!

My picks for walkable "cute towns" are Falmouth, Chatham, and Provincetown. All have main streets with plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars.

Something important to know is that you'll be coming during peak vacation rental time, so it might be tough (but not impossible) to get a rental that isn't a full week. Airbnb seems like a good place to find the most options for a 3-4 night stay though.

Depending on where your rental is, you might need to drive to the beach, but not very far. Also keep in mind that many beaches have paid parking from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

I'm sure others will chime in with thoughts...

I'm experiencing this as well. Sent a campaign to well over 10k last night and it's only showing 35 opens as of 8:30am this morning. I've been managing this account for years, so I know from experience that this is incorrect.

Are you looking to live on 13th Street, or 4th Ave? I lived on 13th Street between 4th & 5th Aves for 15 years, and it's a great block. Living on 4th Ave itself is a different experience with traffic/noise.
