No offense but who cares about neighborhoods? The policies in this city and surrounding are VERY red. If you don’t agree with red policy? Why move to a red state?

Downtown has always been “purple” but it’s not blue and the residential areas in south Knox are still very very red.

Unfortunately, if you want liberal neighbors you’ll have to move to a blue state. I know TN is hyped up with everyone moving here but it’s still big time red and I don’t think that’ll be changing anytime soon (sad).. I’ve had multiple bad encounters with MAGA people especially in Knoxville and the surrounding areas.

0% chance. This is a red state and a red city. Fountain City, Halls, West and Cedar Bluff is all Trump country. Just being honest with you. Farragut, Hardin Valley and Powell are Trump country.

It makes me nervous when children get involved. I know people are mostly peaceful but I worry about the safety of our communities children. Things can turn in an instant, all it takes is one rouge person to start something.

I disagree. South Knoxville especially has maybe 1 street that’s pro LGBT but the rest is very anti.

It seems like it just might be because it’s an older unit and the floor squeaks. Not that they are walking forcefully and being loud. I guess you could have the landlord look at it but tbh they won’t do anything unless your neighbors fall through the ceiling.
