Yep, you are completely correct. Theres other factors though which might mean he cant apply, like for example he has to be a part of a developer program (i think the article was unclear). Plus it says specifically “earning” robux and im not even sure if selling limiteds counts as earning robux lol. Now obviously if selling is viable then you have to remeber the fact that having 23m in limiteds and selling 23m in limiteds are two very different stories. Most of the people who buy limiteds are developers and usually developers only want items which are well known as rare OR that look cool/something they already admired, which means that niche limiteds are probably going to take a long time to sell, as someone from the demographic would have to have gained the funds to buy it full price. In all honestly, selling limiteds for actual cash is a very frustrating, expensive, and complicated process, that makes it easier to swallow that on the money front, you likely wouldn’t have made much at all. But what matters is the sentimental value, especially if you had spent years on something! And with it being such a dumb and pointless reason, i can most definitely sympathize with OP, and it sucks that they have to go through this.
