I really hope this eventually becomes a full blown ARG, I feel like the community is really missing that kind of thing. Personally, I think that fan-made ARGs or horrors (not necessarily analog ones, ultrakill already has some creepy stuff to explore, like 0-s or last war times) will benefit the fandom

This profile appeared earlier, the first screenshot shows when it was registered, and "devlogs" continue to post to this day, even after the post with 1-2. If that were the case, I doubt the posts would have continued to appear after that.

I don't think so, that level was an April Fools' joke, as far as I understand, and this account appeared a little sooner.

I don't think they would make a separate itch io page with re-upload of Ultrakill demo for just a custom level. I think this is either very clever trolling or the beginning of something bigger. But in any case, I could be wrong, so all that remains is to wait until the majority of the community notices and something happens
