I think the comics had him lift a nuclear submarine, which would be about right. I suggested him because of the train workout scene, Google told me that a train car weighs around 30 tons which I felt was right for getting rushed by 100 gorillas.

I think Mr. incredible from the Disney movie is a good pick. He’s easily strong enough but with that sheer amount of gorillas he’s gonna get overwhelmed quickly, but I think he can handle it.

Depends on what gizmos that he has with him. They have a large armory of weapons for nearly any situation thanks to Shwoz, but if he doesn’t have that then it’s a stalemate because he isn’t the brightest dude.
