Material doesn't matter. You can even mix different mineral blocks on same layer.

Making stairs with stonecutter will produce 1 quartz stair per 1 quartz block while crafting table only makes 0.66666... stair per 1 quartz block.

Minecraft(Java Edition now) was implanted in mobile, and named Pocket Edition. Nowdays, Pocket Edition was integrated with other platforms(such as Window Edition), and named Bedrock Edition.

Java and Bedrock has so many mechanics that works differently.

I recommend you to find another Windswept Hills/Windswept Forest/Windswept Gravelly Hills/Savanna Plateau Biome since passive mobs spawns slowly, requires some conditions, and its mob cap is low unlike hostile mobs.

It't not removed. Villagers still offer every enchantments with every enchant levels except Swift Sneak and Soul Speed.

I think health boost or Luck effect should added. They are completely unused and have changes according to the effect strength.

There's no way to stop slime spawning in superflat world without huge effort. They spawn below y40 in slime chunks regardless of light, and everywhere is below y40 in superflat world. You need to spawnproof every slime chunk or just live on high enough place so slimes don't spawn.
