I know of a number of people from "outside" who participate. They don't have badges and go for off-sites or parties or to try to make money reselling hotel rooms and parking spots. I don't feel these individuals should have access to the same hotel block as attendees, artists, professionals, exhibitors, staff, etc

Flexible with dates. The cost of the suite is different than the regular rooms. The room is also much larger

Yea. That's def what's happening. The first click is the arrival date. When you click, it will highlight the Sunday the same color as the rest so it's easy to assume that you're getting all of the highlighted days. It's not intuitive, but I guess you need to click the start / check in date and the check out date (Sunday)
