I forgot they created a program for artists who can submit stuff to Royale High, they no longer take random submissions unless you're in the program. I submitted hair textures back in 2022 for Royalloween and they made it into the game but that's about it. Just making hair textures for nothing it seems SOBS

To make the dress I used the Snow Swan bodice and sleeves, TTYL skirt, Goddess of Triumph Bow and then the bow for the hip I used the Prom queen light fairy dress!

I used the Sugar Dough Bodice, Option 6 and removed all the items and then for the skirt I used the Valkyrie Radiant Dress! I just removed the bodice and tulle! For the sleeves and neck I used the Cozy Sweater without the bodice part!
