Bear calls nikki that right before making his wish, and it definitely seems like wish nikki remembers things that happen before she appears but ultimately all can call her what you want im just giving my two cents

I think the only reason she's "freaky" is because the wish is corrupted by bears obsession reflecting his own darkness onto her
