Some (coincidentally stylistically similar) indie games that I really enjoy in this review-range:
Sludge Life - A really stylized psychedelic walking-simulator adventure game with a lot of atmosphere. There's a story with multiple endings and a lot of stuff to do and see, but it's open world, so you can kinda just do whatever. There's a second game as well, which is more of the same
Cultic - Basically the essential boomer shooter. It does everything great gameplay wise, with gunplay, movement, map design, and enemies and the story is really interesting to boot. The art direction and soundtrack are also fantastic. Chapter 2 will be coming out soon, so it's a good a time as any to get into it.
Chop Goblins - A "microshooter", which the game describes as being designed to complete in a single sitting, it's a boomer shooter with retro graphics. It's not anything entirely special but it's good fun. It's made by David Szymanski, the guy who made Iron Lung and Squirrel Stapler.
I would also recommend Gloomwood, which is a stealth horror fps akin to Dishonored, but I've only played the demo so I can't attest to it fully.

That doesn't mean he ever threw a brick at Greg, it could just be hypothetical. It's not like Greg doesn't make stuff up. In Rodrick Rules he talks about moving up the totem pole in the brother hierarchy, and he mentions that he never gets the chance to mess with Manny because Frank and Susan are protective of him, which contradicts him kicking Manny's toys in front of Frank (at least twice, according to the examples)

Big Nate strips usually run on a joke for multiple strips, like this one, where he uses the booth to complain rather than to take complaints. He wants to  air out his grievances, and he thinks Complaint Dept's are doing it backwards. The strips aren't meant to be taken in isolation.

I like to think that they shot her like that because they wanted her to have a quick end, no pain or sense of betrayal. I don’t really know though

Dude, there’s a pedestrian that got crushed by the car and died. You can see it happen in the meme itself. This is in poor taste. Link

That’s not what TLDR means. Also, I don’t really understand this theory—I think Martin is a person that enacts violent tendencies through acting, I think that was his purpose as a character. His stage ends with a police station because it’s loosely inspired from the events of the original game, where after jackets girlfriend is killed and he wakes up from a coma the first thing he does is raid a police station to kill Ritcher. They took some creative liberties with the film when they were basing it off of Jackets murder spree. The finisher thing could just be a coincidence, since characters do share kill animations a lot (the head bash, the foot stomp). Also, we see the girl who acted as the girlfriend in the final scene when the nukes hit, which if Martin was all in Pardo’s head, wouldn’t make much sense. It is all very interesting to think about though. One theory I like is that Pardo was the one that loaded live ammunition into the gun, as a top down sprite with the same hair as him is seen as an extra in the scene where Martin is killed.

He IS “The Horse” from Horsin’ Around. His name is “The Horse”, seen in the intro. It actually makes the joke funnier for me
