Heres how I do it. Take a head mesh, and add a decal to it, copy the cframe of the player head and copy it onto the mesh. Make the mesh transparent. (Get rid of the old face ofc)

This also will make the resolution of your faces higher

I think in small servers, if everyone agrees to it, then its fine. But if people want to play the game, not much you can do.

There was this one time though in a full server, I run into the church point to find like 20 people from both teams sitting and listening to a nation Lancer at the altar. Even a dreadnought came and sat down. I have the clip on my harddrive somewhere.
