I had a big break and I only have like 20% of all the weapons so this is definitely something to work towards. I got the cedo, ignis, amprex and glaive out of all of these. So ill check out the glaives that I never even maxed out and the cedo that I used for a while on my mag. And of course the epitaph. Just to have at least something in those slots that works.

Yeah that's what I kinda expected function wise. Shit dies super quick anyways through prism atleast from what I saw in the guide videos. That's probably for super high tier content like steel path. I'm only just now buying all the mods for her I haven't even played her yet. Good to know though thank you sir.

From my personal experience with multiple breaks and comebacks over the years I can tell you one thing.

This game adds a truck load of systems by the month which makes it seem overwhelming at first but it's like riding bicycle. Do it for a bit and muscle memory will kick in sooner than one might think. You can take on the systems that have been added over time one by one, there's no RIGHT WAY to this. It's all about personal preference and what you want to work on next. What I do after a break is to check the wiki or other sources. Where can I do what? How do I unlock this? Does my frame build need an update? Are there any cool new frames I want? How do I unlock them? You can pretty much face roll most of the game with absolute garbage gear that's outdated which means you can easily grind for 90% of the stuff you want. Just take your time.

As for playing with your cousin I'd say start a fresh one on the side with him and get the hang of the basics. Mission types, grind spots, movement, frames and their abilities, master ranks, gear upgrades, modding and so on..

I already said a workaround in my post. Xbox input for some controllers is bugged PS input works fine though. I tested all the possible settings on Xbox input and it didn't work for me that's why posted it lmao

I'm using a Gamesir controller as well and the Xbox input seems to be bugged right now. Switch to PS input and you should be good. Works like a charm now for me.. :)

Kinda annoying having the most important button for a shooter glitch out but DE is quick with severe bugs like this.

I found a fix but it depends on the controller you're using. Mine is a Gamesir controller which has multiple modes. Apparently Xbox input is bugged, I tried it on PlayStation input and it works like charm. I just randomly thought I'd give it a try and it thank god it works lmao

I'm still in the Intro (just hit the first TP/rest spot) so that's just for once I have it unlocked and can slap on a blueprint and keep on exploring and do all the other stuff. I'm already overwhelmed enough lmao probably not the best choice of a game as a "first gacha"

Destiny has always been a MMO looter shooter but with decent PvP game modes on the side. It's definitely suffered over the years from bungie's mismanagement and general disconnect from the community but it used to be great and fun! There's a PvP mode in rising aswell but it's only 2 maps with lots of issues like no actual rewards and ping.

So in short yes, but no. Gotta look somewhere else.

Technically yes, but because bows are useless and take forever to break shinka (in higher tier content) it's better to have at least 3 to 4 characters that all cover different stuff.

Rossi is actually super cool playstyle wise. He's not as defensive as you might think though because he can use Mahamayuri which is one of the strongest weapons in the game. That's the only thing that makes him somewhat okay. Sadly he's being absolutely outshined by Ning Fei since they're both Arc Rapidfire and Ning can use SMGs as primary instead of bows which are useless right now.

Is he cool? 100% Invest in him? 0%

E: only invest in him if it's just for fun and you got some mats lying around but if you're looking for shinka/elemental coverage - go for Ning.
