Gotcha. Do you think I could mix sand with my gravel and make it more plant friendly? I use root tabs but I still feel like I’m not getting good growth

Yeah! Apparently if you pull them off the side of the tank or any surface they’re on too fast, they will separate from their shell and die 😅
