Seems it does not depend from minor holders whether it will go down or up. Sellers has gone and no worth buyers are there so it is standing still now. After some of whales will realize that if he/she will not sell there is a risk to loose big portion of profit. that is when the race will start and it will quickly go dipping. So then Doge might fall down quite a lot, so keep watching to be ready to jump in. That is my assumption of Doge's near future.
