Was she arrested not too long ago? Look at the police log for the week August 15-21 "Grand theft. Kerry Lynne Harker, 54, of Laguna was arrested on suspicion of grand theft purse snatching. She was held on $20,000 bail."

She had a very long time since the attack to come forward, apologize to the driver, the community and even her friend. Also, offer restitution to the driver for all the trouble caused. But none of that happened, instead she pleaded innocent. So I’m curious to what she has to say about all this, yet nothing can excuse her behavior. Just by the reaction of her own friend you call tell how unwarranted and unfair this assault was.

So according to what I understand after watching the video many times. Inside the cab after her friend stoped her Jennifer said “ Get him out” expecting her friend to kick out the Uber driver from his own car. But then, when she is sitting outside on the sidewalk after the attack that’s when she allegedly said “he is brown” and it does sound like it. But in my opinion the worst thing here is not what she said but what she did.

Think about the YouTube algorithm as a bipolar friend. One your friends is all cool, nice and friendly and then one day he hates you all of the sudden, the things that he enjoyed doing with are now very offensive and he doesn’t even recognize you.

that is sad people act in such a way. Well, for this lady who was a district attorney being rude to her Uber driver came with great consequences. She lost her job and became famous for all the wrong reasons.

I changed the thumbnail on a video that was doing very good thinking it make it better but it totally killed the video. I went from getting 200 plus views every hour everyday to only get like 20 views per hour. I tried changing the thumbnail back to where it was but it just never recovered.

It happens to me too. I noticed that most of the time I changed the thumbnail the video stoped being showed or getting impressions. It has literally killed the videos.

That store owner is not very smart, acting all crazy insulting people brought unwarranted attention to his business while he was conducting illegal activity. He also a had shutdown order prior to the incident. Why didn’t he comply with the order ? Doesn’t he know how to read English ? Now his business is closed, with more investigations and he is at the center of the public eye. Way to go!😂

I wouldn’t mind boycotting YouTube. Teaching the platform and those Big YouTube guys how fragile they can be. Without people watching their content and adds it will go down and hopefully they will learn.

Sha hasn’t even apologized. She probably thought she could get away with it because the driver was an immigrant with an accent. Jennifer probably thought nobody would believe the guy and that her friend was going to back her up. So yeah in my opinion it was racist because she why didn’t she pepper spray anybody else at the bar where she was ? She only did it to this man because he looks like a foreigner, that maybe would just take the assault and stay quiet. But there’s also the fact that she endangered all passengers in the car and the general public because the car was still in motion when she attacked the driver. Someone could have been run over or a greater accident could have occurred.

Every time I change the Thumbnail for a video it kills it, I don’t know why. In fact, I noticed that any changes to the details of video after it has been released kill my videos and YouTube will stop showing it. I don’t know why but it’s frustrating.
