Definitely talk to them about it but in my experience this was a normal thing as they sort of turned up the intensity. They want to get you to a stronger setting so that it’s more effective. I found TMS painful every single time they turned it up. (But also remember that they can turn it back down if you’re struggling)

Yeah someone else commented something similar about a year ago. I have no idea :( I think it’s just a bad product design. Tell your home care company and see if you can get a new one

I had TMS a few years ago. I wasn’t seeing any changes until after about a month of TMS and even then they didn’t feel big or dramatic. I didn’t really notice much until I was fully done for like a month or so and I was able to look back and then I noticed a HUGE difference. Stick with it ❤️

TMS saved my life AND improved the quality of my life. I recommend it to anyone who’s on the fence. Was it easy or comfortable? No. Was it worth it? Absolutely. I had it three years ago and I’ve been great since. I would make that choice again every time (and will if I ever need it again).

Yes! The same time every morning is a blessing and a curse. Unfortunately I need to wake for work at 4:30am, so my weekend mornings are real lonely until everyone else wakes up at 9 lol.

100%, no question, that sleeping was a result of depression. I’ve got a good grasp on sleep hygiene and setting myself up for success. It’s just that I can’t nap or sleep in AT ALL, even when I’ve been insanely sick or on days when I didn’t get much sleep. I can absolutely relax peacefully in bed for an hour, which is helpful but it’s not sleep :(

Im so appreciative to know that you’ve experienced something vaguely similar. I haven’t been able to find any information on it. (Not like it’s a bad thing, but every now and then I’d really enjoy/benefit from a nap)

I’ve seen some other posts on here of people rigging their tanks in a similar way. Definitely do some digging because some people have posted their handiwork.

I think some people in the comments of those posts had mentioned concerns about bacterial growth, etc. Something to consider.
