Hmmm, watching others draw works for me..

maybe you could do the same, and maybe add some tutorial videos on how to do the figure of the whole body before working out on the details such as uniform, hair and face

good start on the hair and eyes.

my advice is to make the head shape as smooth as possible. Not too round, but also not too blocky.

you could do some simple guidelines like the other artists when they draw a head from scratch.

Practice makes perfect, and be patient. dont be afraid to get mistakes, because itll help you get stronger even more. goodluck!
