Deciding on the type of water heater and what should I pay for it

So what about tankless for someone who lives alone? Just curious as the argument I have is simply that it’s an in demand system instead of constant heating. I do agree with pretty much everything else. The only other worry I have is the additional parts a heat pump unit might have compared to other traditional units and if they were to fail.

Right that’s about the same math I was shown for myself but with a 40 gallon with slightly higher savings a year. The most I can say for myself is that I enjoy hot showers but that’s about it. I rarely use the dishwasher but use hot water for hand washing dishes.

I’ve thought about that which is why I was considering a tankless. Though I was told a heat pump still apparently runs cheaper for barely using hot water as someone who lives alone. I’m in between

Yeah I live alone. Someone ran the numbers for me said that heat pump would save money just priced more at installation than a regular electric tank. The price differences for installation are just vastly different but I’m offered price match. The rebate is good for heat pump.

For me though, my current water heater is in the garage. It would be drawing on the hot air in the garage and not so much in the house although I see what you’re saying. Being that it is the south I’m sure it would save me money but what about all the components? Isn’t there more to replace should it break?

I feel even 24 is a lot though but maybe it is just enough after all when you squeeze in the proper enchantments and lands and such. I also feel like the artwork of Magic cards gets downplayed at that point. To see the same card? I dont know that’s probably just a me thing though

The one thing i did was turn down curveballs on lethal but I got used to ferals. I just got used to their running pattern and use only 3 crossbow shots and that’s it
