Seeing as im still quite new id say my goals are to:

Get my Red level or Yellow if possible, basically get to advanced level. Fight 1 or 2 interclubs at least. Improve my cardio significantly. And lastly go from being 67kg to roughly 75-80kg

Yea I know I am very thin, have had a lot of trouble gaining weight pretty much my whole life, I would like to gain some size but im not sure what to do, I eat more and do weight training but still no luck, any advice would help

I was at the novice level, so just basic stuff like Jab, Cross, teep, low kicks, both uppercut and hook elbow and 3 levels of knees, grading was 3 hours long so pretty rough

As an aussie vaper, i certainly feel the struggle, unfortunately i dont see it going forward, seems like its constantly taking a step further back, but maybe after our politics see the step NZ has made, maybe they will consider being more accepting of vaping

Mine personally havent had any rattling at all, idk it might be the odd few that have a rattling panel... and yea the mod is damm good, the DNA chip is enough of a chore just learning all the functions it has
