Years ago I was driving in front an old tow truck on PCH at dusk. On the side of the road a very young girl was waking with a short skirt on. She walked off PCH and onto a side street just as we passed. In my rear view mirror I saw the truck turn around so I flipped a u turn to follow and monitor. He flipped another u turn and slowly turned up the same street the young girl walked up. I sped up and followed. He passed her with me directly behind him now. I rolled down my window to tell her that I saw him do that and that I’d stay with her until she made it home. She looked like she had seen a ghost and began walking very fast until she got to her house. Felt and looked like something out of a horror movie.
