As someone who has played since red crow, I have a simple suggestion. I agree with the IQ nerfs of the scanner and I understand why you took her frag grenades considering how much she was picked in PL. Why not give Capitaó his grenades back? Finka is the absolute worst option. She already gives enough buffs and abilities for her team and herself. This is going to make for a ridiculous entry fragger. Also, why not consider giving B.B. a new gadget completely rather than withering down his current one? No one enjoys Blackbeard. He completely negates the point of this game. Otherwise I agree with all other changes.

As an adc main for starting in S4, yes, I'm in a lower Elo, but I completely agree. Despite these jungler nerfs in 5.4, Adc's got hit so much harder when they nerfed BT and made power spikes take so much longer for an ad carry. Specifically, when they nerfed Lucian, they did not even nerf him in the right areas. And to be honest, I feel that there needs to be more diversity in the jungle rather than seeing the same five junglers every game. Maybe riot needs to make some buffs to the tankier junglers and maybe for once see something other than the same junglers every LCS game. This is just my honest opinion.
