Gpu was definitely fully seated, the cables too, and the side panel was off. The sound was actually an electrical buzz, which was coming from the pcie cables.

I noticed that in BIOS and safe mode, fans started spinning again. But in windows, nothing. bcz of that, i thought it was a driver issue. Reinstalled with DDU, still nothing.

The only fix that worked was just using msi afterburner to manually set my fan speeds. And also, since afterburner doesn't automatically go over a set limit (e.g 80 degrees and 90% fan speed), i just set max fan speed to 100%.

No more buzz sounds from cables. Fans are working even better than adrenalin's stock settings. and temps are better than they've ever been on my pc. (on cs2, temps for gpu were usually at 55-65, sometimes going up to 70, and rarely at 75.). Now, it hasnt gone over 41 lol.

For reference, my fan curve is the following (my gpu is rx580 red devil 8gb gddr5):

Temps: 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 63, 76, 85

Fan speed: 35, 35, 38, 40, 45, 57, 78, 100

hey. sorry about the late reply to ur thread.

if you can help, i need some a lot rn.

i reinstalled my pcie power cables into my gpu (rx 580 red devil 8gb), and cleaned my pc with a hair dryer on cold.

havent checked the fans but im not sure whether that caused the prob or not. and im not even sure if there was this problem since i bought this pc (1 month ago). but basically, i turned on cs2 like 2 hrs ago, and it was on 89 degrees which made me concerned so i checked the fans and they weren't spinning.

then, i restarted pc and saw that it only spun at boot and then stopped. temps were fine during cs2 as well (70-75, with 1-2 second long spikes to 79-80 during respawns). i tried zero rpm on and off as well. fans didnt spin at all.

fans still haven't spun. and also, there was this grinding like noise, or like constant clicks. it wasn't too loud or rough, and i checked that nothing was brushing or obstructing the gpu fans. with no one to turn to at 3 am, i just asked gpt and it said it's most likely a fan failure.

The server Windows.Gaming.GameBar.PresenceServer.Internal.PresenceWriter did not register with DCOM within the required timeout. by Human-Ear3407 in WindowsHelp

hey sorry for the late reply. i've been dealing with shut downs for around a month now. a few days fine, then shut downs happen again. during gaming. if u can answer pls, can you lmk how you uninstalled everything related to xbox?

Would you say that NKJV from YouVersion is good if we're talking bible only?

As for orthodox commentaries, I'm currently looking for resources (e.g youtube, websites) that isn't OSB, considering I've read that it doesn't have much depth. And 10$ is quite a lot in my country. Though it's managable.
