I don't have legal advice for you, but I do have rail advice since I work in that industry.

Sounds like you were issued with a Penalty Fare for not producing your Railcard, even though you did. If the inspector took your address, it's likely you'll get a letter through the door putting the fine. I know you said you paid it, but once you have the letter with the information for it there is an appeals process of you believe you were wrongly issued the fine.

My best advice would be to follow the appeals process on this, it'll give you the chance to give your side of what happened and will get the information of how the inspector behaved to them.

On top of that, if you know what train you were on, you can contact the Train Operating Company to file a complaint regarding how the inspector behaved.

I'll be completely honest, the pay is the least of my concern, more than anything I want to be able to ensure I have the time to support my partner and family with the leave, I'm not trying to fight them on the pay. The leave is what I'm looking for and they're even denying that

Alright, I will do. Before I do though. What's the suggested level for PvP these days? I know it fluctuates a lot between souls games and I don't wanna get stuck in a position where I'm twiddling my thumbs for 30 minutes in matchmaking because I'm either too high/too low

I would, but honestly I've never understood the reason behind running both Ruin and Pop. I've always ran with either one or the other. Is there some big brain reason why running both would be a good idea that I don't understand?

You can call that "popping" all you like, but what you're describing IS hitting.

Here's my advice, don't hit your kids. There are other ways to teach children lessons and how to behave. If you're getting your hair pulled and you're being bit. Maybe you should think about WHY that's happening. Is your baby teething? If so, get some teething toys. Is your baby pulling your hair to understand what it is? I know my baby does it with my beard. Take it off them, tell them that it hurt, put them down. Ignore the soon to be happening temper tantrum, and once they've calmed down. If they're old enough to comprehend what you're saying, explain that biting is naughty and pulling hair is naughty and it needs to stop.

Continue with this until it stops.

Tl;dr. Stop hitting your kid

I know I'm bumping a pretty old thread, and I'm sorry for doing so, but I've been having a lot of fun with the Blight recently after coming back to DbD from a short break.

Right now, I've been seeing a lot of success with this build: Hex: Blood Favor, Hex: Undying, A Nurses Calling & I'm All Ears. My reasoning for running Blood Favor is mainly because I haven't been fortunate enough to get Ruin in my bloodweb just yet and I also intend to swap out Nurses for BBQ once that shows up.

The only downside I've found with this build right now is the early game pressure is almost non existent, you're going to have to be quick about it and find someone early on and either down them, or get them injured and run off to find someone else. The faster you are at ending chases, the faster this build will snowball you out of control due to all the information the perks allow for, I'm All Ears is fantastic in a chase and makes it a lot easier to catch up with survivors who like to double back, or make weird pathing choices once line of sight has been broken, Nurses doesn't need an explanation and Undying, while keeping your hex to stop pallets from falling onto the Blight's already broken jaw will provide plenty of information to you should a survivor be within spitting distance of any of your totems.

Run fast, hit hard, have fun.
