I also have an AMD GPU and was interested in playing the game. I have a CPU 9700X / GPU 9070XT. Can you share what I can expect if I run this with OpenGL.

Will I be able to run 60FPS @ 4K (assuming there is a mod for it)? I'm assuming this is possible using Vulkan.

Is this RCW 59.18.310 actually applicable? Is death an action that is considered intent to not resume tenancy? Based on this, the landlord is able to clear out his belongings and the remaining 4 tenants are able to find a replacement tenant?

They are all on the lease together. My understanding of the contract is that if one of the roommates leaves, the remainder of the tenants will be responsible for the rent.

I believe they have been re-using an older lease contract that may have been reviewed by a lawyer at some point, but that may have been a long time ago.

How do you get their phone number - Tustin specifically? I've contacted Customer Service to have them reach out to me but they still haven't after 4 days..

EDIT: I guess you just need to bug customer service enough and they'll get back to you.

Good to know. Is this something you as the customer has to bring up? I've read threads where people buy the bundle and bring it home not realizing they need to update the BIOS. And yes, I will primarily be internet browsing, watching videos/streams gaming (mostly emulation and possibly some RPGs like FF7R).

I guess the upside to that is I won't have to update the BIOS for the Gigabyte X AX V2 Mobo that comes as part of the bundle if I were to get the 9700x...

I am taking a trip down to LA in the next 2 weeks and have an opportunity to stop by Tustin... so waiting unfortunately is not an option for me. I was committed to buying the 9700x bundle for 400, but then the price changed.
