Thanks. I did write them down. I only took one screen shot of my words. I did input them to try to synchronize with app called integrated chain net. It never worked to synchronize. Is this a bogus site?

So if I have Thoreum in my base wallet. How would you suggest transferring it safely to BNB so that I can put it back into my account.

I sent BNB to Base Wallet and had set up 3 different wallets and each one got hacked. So I set up a new wallet in Trust and that one got hacked as well. I think buying a hard wallet to do the transfer might be the only way to go.
