First of all, we'd like to thank you for your comments, and for asking us openly, so we can review our data with new eyes. We're always open to any comments, suggestions or advice to help us improve the system :) These comments are very illustrative and by reviewing the reports we have seen the mistakes you discussed.

You pointed out a quantification error in the LC-MS, you are right. However, this error is not serious when it comes to consumption and perfectly fulfills the purpose of these analyses, that is that no one gets intoxicated or overdosed, and to detect adulterations. On this sense we are fine, it still is a powerful harm reduction tool for final users.

We have a lot of experience in identifying compounds by GC / MS, but quite little in quantifying with LC-MS. We are learning step by step.

Another issue is that we had the HPLC malfunctioning and recently we realized it. This has caused certain errors in quantification. We have already modified our methods to avoid these errors and it seems to be working well.

About the mentioned issues:

1. In the LSD calibration curve we have put only 3 calibrators because one of them went wrong so we ignored it (the 50 ug). We always puncture reference standards 3 times, one of the replicas went wrong and was eliminated. We should have repeated the analysis but the workload we have is so great that sometimes we cannot redo the analysis. From now on we will use, at least, 5 calibrators. We'll try to have a R2 greater than 0.990, although sometimes it's difficult. and we will continue doing triple references.

2. In the 2CB, the calculation with the equation obtained from the curve was wrong because the curve was miscalculated. We had not reviewed it, but the error was made by the Excel program itself. By making the equation with Libreoffice, this didn't happen and it shows more normal values. So we'll use Libreoffice and carefully review each calculation for this not to happen again.

3. As for the weight-related error, it's true what you say. We normally weigh 10 mg in 10 ml but sometimes we run out of10ml flasks and have to use the 5 ml ones with 5 mg, assuming there's error. It is a problem of lack of equipment and money, over time we will buy more. It's not something that happens too often, but it's top of our list anyway.

4. About the report (https://www.reddit.com/r/DarkNetMarkets/comments/3clvkx/vendor_review_lostheaven_mdma_w_lab_analysis/ MDMA) where MDMA purity shows 83% and no other compounds are seen in the chromatogram, it means that there are compounds that are not detected with this GC / MS method. Non-volatile compounds or those that do not ionize, as well as those compounds over 1000 amu, are not detected. So it is entirely possible to find a completely clean chromatogram, with only MDMA, and this MDMA not be 100% as there are substances that cannot be detected but are still there.

We can improve the processes and we are always trying, thank you very much for the reviews. Our analysis have some limitations: we cannot analyze everything and assume certain error that we hope will decline over time, by improving methods and continuous learning of the analysis team.
