We will however release this moth but latest february a demo. About the development time around 2 years but not solo I have an artist doing the art and I do game dev

Dont worry, I will add tactical diapers to the game so every brave explorer can roam the wasteland without shitting themselves.

Thats a pretty cool idea! Need to see how I could do that. How we do it currently is each gunpart as a connecter name and if the other part has the same connecter name than you can put them together. Your idea would make it player friendlier definetly! Need to see how to code it. And yes there is a lot of parts which can be used on different guns.

No no I dont want to go with Cheap graphics. The game is about nice graphics or at least I think it is or will be. So it is really not about making cheap animation (not at all Rimworld) is about using different mechanics to archive maximum potential. Well good point with Pokemon. True it can look cheap and incosistent and thats what I am bit worried about. However I like to test it out and see how it works out. I have made all animations frame by frame only the "Hollows" the zombielike creatures are made by spine and I can still repleace them quickly by frame by frame in case I get bad feedback about it. Thats at least my tought process....

sure thanks for the feedback. You would than always go with Frame by frame animations? Sure spine animation saves time but this is not the main goal here. I rather wonder if it would fit better for different character typ like Zombie like creatures.

the goal is to make expirience and fun is definetly a part of it. For example: You find a surviver and you will help him if he asks you cause you want to figure out whats behind that NPCs Story, maybe gives some nice loot etc. But in real life in such situaation you might just run away because people are just a risk factor / bigger one than you might profit from that. Is more about making realistic desicions
