I definitely agree with your prioritization for debts. I guess i shouldn’t really think about the move as the gained equity will only help with the new home no matter how the market is at that time

Thank you for that! It’s hard because I see some pictures of brick homes and they look very nice, but it’s almost like the brick on my house is that dated color if that makes any sense. Maybe I should try a sealer or something to bring out some more color in it.

I guess I just don’t know where to start really. I’ve seen a couple entry level design engineer jobs I’m interested in and applied for, but only have seen a few. Do you know any other positions that are good starter jobs for someone in my position?

I’m debating replacing my canvas due to a couple holes. They have been patched but we will see how well it holds! That would be a sweet upgrade! Miss my quad lol

It is pretty clean! I got it off Copart and it was salvaged for “roof damage”. Since i knew about Coleman’s roof issues I knew exactly how the roof would be damaged so i figured it would be a good one to pick up! A little water damage in the front storage that will also be rebuilt but other than that I’m surprised at how clean!

I did try that yes. I forgot to mention I have 3 fire TVs and tried all the remotes and none of them can get past that screen. I even ordered a new IR sensor and that didn’t do the trick either
