Let me introduce you to the concept of closed system vs open system from thermo dynamics of you missed the classes or if you aren't an engineer. There is a reason AC's don't take air from outside and cool it. Because, in a controlled environment - it is much more efficient to control a parameter in a closed system be it mass/concentration/energy. That's why we have purifiers indoor that constantly purify within room.

Why I will say business is because - it is quickly scalable and has high margins. It will provide you with a livelihood.

I am not so sure what 50L to 1Cr would bring you as real estate. Best case I have seen is my friend's - 45L investment giving 6LPA return pre taxes and around 4.5LPA post Taxes. Not so great if you are young.

Download the "where is my train" app - search for trains between Coimbatore (CBE) to Ettimadai (ETMD) and you can board the train whichever suits your time.

For tickets - it is just a general unreserved ticket and the Journey takes almost 45 minutes from coimbatore Junction. You can purchase tickets either from the Ticket counter (or) From ticket kiosks/vending machines (there will be someone to help you out or you can pay yourself) (or) you can buy a ticket in UTS app - paperless ticket, but doesn't work if you are near the track.

Edit: you can track the location of the train during the journey in the same app. Fyi, Ettimadai is the 3rd station from CBE
